What are SankeyArt files?
Each diagram represents a SankeyArt file.
If you run out of SankeyArt files you can free up file slots be deleting a diagram or you can upgrade to a higher plan to unlock additional file slots.
Do you allow account sharing?
Yes.
Do you work with resellers?
Yes, we do work with resellers. However, we do not offer any special services or discounts for resellers.
We recommend that resellers purchase a Business license, which provides billing administration capabilities for multiple users. With this, resellers can manage billing and invite their customers to join their SankeyArt account.
I am working at a big company - do you offer additional services and support for enterprise customers?
Yes, we offer SSO, custom onboarding, payment via invoice and other types of services you require from a software vendor.
